1. Information We Collect
CorePlexML collects information necessary to provide our machine learning platform services. This includes account information (name, email address, organization), usage data (feature interactions, experiment configurations), and technical data (browser type, IP address, device information). We do not sell personal data to third parties.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide and improve our services, including running ML experiments, managing deployments, and generating analytics. We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve platform performance and develop new features. Your datasets and models remain your intellectual property at all times.
3. Data Storage and Retention
All data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases with industry-standard security practices. We retain your data for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, all personal data and associated datasets are permanently removed within 30 days. Backup copies are purged within 90 days.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may export all your data through our API. We support GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations. To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@coreplexml.io.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Optional analytics cookies help us understand usage patterns and improve the platform. You can manage cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings.
Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CorePlexML, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CorePlexML only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the platform to process data that violates applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to circumvent security measures. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your data, models, and experiment outputs. CorePlexML retains ownership of the platform, its source code, documentation, and proprietary algorithms. The platform is licensed, not sold, and this agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all platform services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including network outages and force majeure events.
6. Limitation of Liability
CorePlexML is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Infrastructure Security
CorePlexML runs on enterprise-grade infrastructure with encrypted data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Our databases are deployed in private subnets with no direct internet access. All infrastructure is monitored 24/7 with automated alerting for anomalous activity.
Authentication and Access Control
We implement role-based access control (RBAC) with project-level isolation. All API endpoints require authentication via secure session cookies or Bearer tokens. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text.
Data Isolation
Each organization's data is logically isolated at the database level. Project-scoped ownership checks ensure users can only access their own resources. Our Privacy Suite supports HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and CCPA compliance profiles with automated PII detection across 72+ data types.
Vulnerability Management
We conduct regular security audits and dependency vulnerability scans. Critical patches are applied within 24 hours of disclosure. We maintain a responsible disclosure program and welcome security researchers to report vulnerabilities to security@coreplexml.io.
Compliance
CorePlexML is designed to help teams meet their compliance obligations. Our built-in Privacy Suite provides automated PII detection, data masking, and audit trails. We support SOC 2 Type II readiness and provide compliance documentation upon request for enterprise customers.
